Welcome to your private sanctuary. This apartment of ample size offers a unique entrance, guaranteeing your privacy with a secure key-lock. Designed for comfort, it offers a peaceful living area complete with a private bathroom. Furnished with a Full-sized bed and a TV with cable programming (not a Smart TV), plus a refrigerator and microwave. An iron, hangers, and hand soap are provided. We don't provide shampoo, due to potential allergic reactions for some guests.
Street parking is available nearby (please note it may require some patience). Security cameras are installed above the garage door and at the corner of the house overlooking the gate — none are installed inside the living space. We have friendly pets that guard the property. You're just 12 minutes from restaurants, nightlife, and the marina.
Only the person who booked may check in — all guests must be declared on the reservation. No pets, events, or smoking in the studio. Check-in 3:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM (we're flexible when we can be). A $50 cleaning fee applies to every stay.
Strict no-refund cancellation policy — if you cancel for any reason, there is no refund. Guests must follow all city and state laws and the terms of the lease and community policy. Any house rules violated is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
